Shipping info

How will my goods get to me?

Delivery: We’ll get your purchase right to your hand – delivered to your door.​

Collect: As we grow, we’ll be adding retailers where you’ll be able to buy over the counter. As retailer partnerships are created, we’ll add them to this page. Stay tuned!

What will the shipping cost me?

We got you. Shipping is FREE* for all orders over $50 NZD. For orders under $50 NZD there will be a flat $5.00 NZD for anywhere in the country.

 

Deliverers nationally will be sent using NZ Post couriers. Shipping will be tracked so you’ll know where your stash is at. Best efforts will be made to deliver to you overnight, but we are at the whim of our courier partners, so it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrived by the tracking info’s stated date, please email yo@yardsale.nz and let us know your order number and contact details.

 

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO BOXES, so please make sure your shipping address is a physical address.

 

What will international shipping cost me?

Australia: Flat rate of $10 NZD

Rest of the World: Flat rate of $20 NZD

International orders will be shipped using DHL Express Shipping or NZ POST (International Partner). Shipping will be fully tracked vis the shipping partner’s apps. If your order has not arrived by the tracking info’s stated date, please email yo@yardsale.nz and let us know your order number and contact details.

 

This bit you’ll be familiar with - every country has their own and differing customs laws, so your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. YARDSALE is not liable for these charges. That said, we will do everything possible to get your goods to you as cheap, fast and safe as we can.

 

Who will be shipping my order?

Domestic: NZ Post Couriers

International: DHL Express or NZ Post (International Partner)

 

How can I keep tabs on my order?

On completion of your order, we’ll shoot you an email that’ll include a tracking link. If you don’t receive an email, please email us at yo@yardsale.nz We will get that sorted and confirm it for you.

 

Can I check up on the status of my order?

We’ll keep you informed via email once your order has been processed. But things in this digital world can go wonky every now and then, so feel free to contact us at yo@yardsale.nz if you have any questions about your order.
