

Returns
How do I return my order?
If you’re not happy with your goods or they arrive damaged, you must satisfy the following:

Goods must be returned within 14 days from delivery

Goods are unused and in the same condition that you received them, in original packaging.​​
Not all phone cases are created equally, although we tested our product on a wide range of cases. If you find you have a compatibility (fit) issue, flick us an email, return your purchase and we’ll refund you for the price of the purchase.
In the event of you needing to return your order, flick us an email at yo@yardsale.nz and we’ll be in touch to get it sorted.
All returned orders will need to be sent to:

South Island: 11 Glenfiddich Road, Jacks Point, Queenstown 9371
It’s a good idea to use a tracked courier service as it’s not our responsibility if your parcel gets lost on its way to us.

Please note, YARDSALE is not responsible for covering shipping costs with returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned goods the process can take up to 10 days to complete. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, but please feel free to touch base at any stage by dropping us and email at yo@yardsale.nz and we’ll catch you up on the status.
Can I make changes to my order?
We will try our best to accommodate if you want to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.
This might include:

Change of delivery address

Change of colour
-
Adding or Removing item(s)

Full order cancellations
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item for something else, please get in touch and we will work with you to get you what you’re after. Drop us an email at yo@yardsale.nz and we’ll get onto as soon as we can.
Sale returns
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on sale items (products not purchased at full price). You probably scooped them up a great price so you’re winning! Sale items will only be exchanged for another item of equal value within 14 days of delivery. Again, hit us up with email at yo@yardsale.nz and we’ll be in touch to sort you out.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you tick the following criteria:

Must be returned within 14 days from delivery

Product(s) are unused and in the same condition that you received them in their original packaging

Product(s) were purchased at full price
-
Purchases were made online
-
Request a refund with an email to yo@yardsale.nz
Once your return is received and inspected, we will drop you a line via email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) with approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then we’ll get it processed. The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Please note, it may take up to 48 hours before the refund hits your account.
Faulty returns
If there’s a fault with your item, please email yo@yardsale.nz with details and photos of the fault so we can inspect and begin the faulty returns process for you.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. This will not be refunded to you.
